In 2015, we had an investment in the ODM business (handbag development and production) from Blackstone Private Equity. We split into Simone Holdings and a new company called Simone ACC. Collection, LTD..

Simone Holdings owns its own brand called 0914, Simone FC for overseas brand distribution, Simone Investment Managers for investment advisory and management, Simone Partners Investments, and Happy Together House for real estate development.

As a holding company of the Simone group, we are supporting the growth and development of the subsidiaries so we can all grow together.

Founded in 2006, Simone FC has been engaged in the domestic distribution business for a variety of foreign brands. We are engaged in numerous sales, marketing, and PR activities to ensure the stable market growth of 0914, our own brand created for Simone. We went through a reorganization in 2017 and have been preparing to take our second leap for 0914 through new overseas brand discovery and new challenges.
